Responsibilities
- Run scheduled in-home consultations with homeowners across the Denver Metro market
- Assess roof condition, present solutions, and close deals on the first or follow-up visit
- Manage your pipeline in the company CRM (provided) with daily discipline
- Partner with production and admin to hand off signed contracts cleanly
- Represent Cenco's standard: clear communication, honest guidance, quality work
Qualifications
- Strong interpersonal communication; comfortable in-home with homeowners
- Self-managed work ethic — you don't need someone watching to hit your numbers
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Authorized to work in the United States

Experience
Sales: 2 years preferred. Strong performers from any consultative-sales background welcome — we provide a paid training program.
