Matt is a licensed contractor and independent property adjuster with 18 years’ experience managing post-loss reconstruction projects nationwide He holds the following certifications: BPI licensed building analyst; HAAG Engineering residential and commercial roof inspector; TWIA Wind Claims Adjuster, SF residential adjuster, IICRC smoke, fire, water, and structural drying technician. He is an Owens Corning Preferred Contractor, as well as a TRI Certified Installer. He has evaluated and managed construction for thousands of post-loss disaster projects in 14 states around the country. Matt is a graduate of University of Virginia (BA), Arizona State University (MA Anthropology, MBA) and Thunderbird School of Global Management (MIM). He is a bilingual Spanish speaker.

Taylor is a Wisconsin native who has called Colorado home since 2016. He has been in the construction industry since college where he completed his bachelor’s degree in marketing. He is HAAG certified and has helped assist thousands of homeowners through the insurance claims process. In his free time, Taylor enjoys playing hockey, taking care of his two dogs, and rooting for the Colorado Avalanche and Green Bay Packers.

Sheila has an accounting background with a preference of puzzling over debits and credits. Moving to CO in 1999, she re-ignited her love for fiber arts. In her spare time, she likes to think of numbers in correlation to stitches in knitting and creating yarn on her spinning wheel.

Abby completed her education at The Los Angeles Film School in May, but her heart remains in Colorado where she grew up. As she begins to grow her career in the film industry, she is happy to have found a place in the Cenco Family. In her free time, she enjoys going to concerts and spending time with her dog, Boulder.

George heralds from the Southern tip of the US, all the way in the Florida Keys. He moved to Colorado in 2012 after a career as a teacher. He loves the Roofing business for his ability to help customers restore the beauty and function of their homes. In his free time George enjoys everything outdoors, from ocean to snow sports.

Ben Goodman comes to Cenco after a productive career in aviation technology. While he spends less time in the air nowadays, he enjoys solving roofing problems from the rooftop. In his spare time, Ben enjoys off roading, exploring, and spending time with family.

Chris joined Cenco after a successful career in consultative engineering. A true details guy, he brings a sharp analytical mindset to the unique challenges of the roofing industry. Outside of work, Chris enjoys off-roading and snowboarding.

Sam is a proud Denverite who brought his passion for helping others to Cenco after a successful career in sales. He thrives on solving problems and making a positive impact. When he's not working, Sam enjoys quality time with his family.

Francisco is a Denver native with deep roots in the roofing industry. Having grown up in the business, he takes pride in solving problems for customers — of which there are very few. Outside of work, Francisco enjoys staying active and spending quality time with his family.
