Our 9-Point Maintenance Program

As part of the Cenco Roof Maintenance program, on an annual basis we will return to your home and document and maintain the following items:

Visual Inspection

Endoscopic Inspection

2. Endoscopic Inspection of Valleys & Underlayment

Detailed valley and underlayment examination using specialized equipment for thorough analysis.

Gutter Cleaning

3. Clean the Gutters

Remove all debris from gutters to ensure proper water drainage and prevent damage.

Gutter Seams

4. Reseal the Gutter Seams

Apply fresh sealant to all gutter seams to prevent leaks and water damage.

Debris Removal

5. Remove Debris from Valleys & Roof Surface

Clear leaves, branches, and accumulated debris that can trap moisture and cause deterioration.

Flashing Inspection

6. Inspect & Reseal Chimney & Skylight Flashings

Examine and reseal all flashing around chimneys and skylights to prevent water infiltration.

Pipe Jacks

7. Inspect & Reseal Pipe Jacks

Check and reseal all pipe boot flashings to prevent leaks around plumbing vents.

Nail Heads

8. Inspect & Reseal Exposed Nail Heads

Identify and seal any exposed nail heads that could become entry points for water.
